Today, the project continues to grow and is entirely directed by young people who generate profits that allow them a fair distribution and total maintenance of the entrepreneurship. Since its foundation, more than 30 young people between the ages of 18 and 25 have had the opportunity to work in this cooperative, framed in the idea of developing a social economy. A cooperative in which the principle of solidarity and dignity of people is the foundation of all actions.
Many friends in Buenos Aires and international volunteers have helped us to develop the business, to find clients, to organize the tasks efficiently and to train the young people to run the cooperative themselves. Beyond monetary donations, volunteers always help empower young people and teach them to gain confidence.
